Each component of the CV Design

The Print Booklet

A small folder that holds a set of cards that display the clients prints. The folder has to be designed to also present the clients work but having both the outside and inside thoughtfully designed. Each decision should relate back to interview questions on how the clients wants to be portrayed and also how best to complement the clients work.

The Print Cards

The cards are also designed by leaving space for the client’s name and the project name of the print series. Adding a number to each card allows an easy way for companies to communicate and refer back to specific designs they might have liked instead of having to describe the print.

Having the prints double sided allows the design to be seen again but in a slightly different perspective to make sure each print is fully appreciated.

By leaving a section of white space bellow the prints it allows for space for information, on the back are quotes placed from the clients interview we did before starting designing this CV. Including these small quotes allows the clients personality to shine through a little bit more.

The CV

The Envelope

The CV and work folder will be posted to companies and be competing against other applicants therefore its important for the client to stand out amongst the other many white envelopes.
