My
finished
typeface represents a cynical
personality. I
constructed this typeface using an
inventive process, involving looking at font with a restricted view.
This caused the
edges of
the letters to be erased, disrupting the formality and consistency of the typeface.
This not only causes a staggered baseline but is also manipulates the serifs to
curve round,, giving the font a distrustful tone. This
typeface would work well for title sequences and I could also see it working
with certain storybooks.
